Biography
Andrew was born and raised in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University with B.A.s in Political Science and Philosophy. After undergraduate, Andrew attended the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill. While in law school, Andrew developed his focus in litigation. He served as an Articles Editor for the First Amendment Law Review. In addition, he served on the school's Moot Court Intellectual Property team, where he helped write a brief that won Second Best Overall in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. After graduation, Andrew was excited to move back home to Kentucky to begin his legal career at Casey Bailey & Maines. Andrew's practice areas include civil litigation and insurance defense.
